Kosher Restaurant in Manhattan with Sports on TV
« on: March 12, 2019, 01:14:32 PM »
I'm taking a group of teenagers to NYC this week and we're gonna be in Times Square on Thursday afternoon.  The kids are big Maryland Terps fans and want to watch their game in the afternoon so I'm looking for a kosher restaurant or bar (kid friendly) where we can eat lunch while watching the game.  Prefferably a reasonably priced place but I understand this is NYC.  TIA.

Mr. Broadway sounds like a good option for you.

If you have a specific game you want, I'd call the restaurant and ask. Not sure they'd agree on the fly to change the channel.

It's in the heart of March Madness, and they have several TVs (I don't think they all show the same game), so I wouldn't be surprised if they'd agree to change.

Thanks for the suggestion!  Looks like the perfect place.  I called them and they said since we are a large party I need to email them.  I will make sure to specify in the email the game we are interested in watching.

Alas, they don't carry the Big10 network so we can't watch the game there.  Kosher Deluxe does though so we're gonna go there.  More affordable too.
