According to DOC its alive again.

For what dates. No go for flights late Dec and mid Jan.

"Interesting timing as I just booked PHX-MKE for Thanksgiving with points today. My flights were eligible to change and I was able to get into some better non-stops that weren’t available at the wanna-get-away price level earlier today."

It really seemed odd they would have this one so soon after the one last week. I have reservations for 12/23 and 1/16. Figure I would just try and it didn't work. Maybe this one is for Feb and later?

Just booked for mid-November and changed to end of October, worked great.

Interesting as DOC has a couple more posts of later dates not working. We need a DDMS post pinning down the dates. @Dan

Such a pain....I manually book and refund tickets to pin it down.

Yeah, but, many more ppl will book Jan 6 - Feb 28 and will want to take advantage of free changes...
