Not because they don't make money on them, but because using the service in that manner is a red flag of abuse. Pulling money out of the account and then sending the same amount you just pulled via credit card is obviously a points play. Otherwise, why wouldn't you use your GW balance to pay the person?

Personally, I don't mind leaving it there for a few days. Let everyone win. I don't need the money until the statement closes anyways.

Ok, that's another issue. I see you did make this point as well in your original post, but i was commenting on the rapid withdrawing part.

I use this rhythm: D to A,  C to D, B to C,  A to B.  Each only receiving funds after they have sent.  So I have time to move the money to bank accounts.

We wanted to offer a friendly reminder that the peer to peer service is intended for Google Wallet customers to send money to other persons, and not to rack up airline miles/rewards points or get cash advances. We view such transactions as misconduct under section 7 of the Google Wallet Terms of Services, and may decline to process such transactions or close your account if we identify in the future that you are using your account (and the no fee promotional period) for these purposes.

The way to go IMO is several medium-sized payments per month without a pattern.
