Author Topic: Points transfer Citi to Turkish not going through? (Read 3022 times)

Since yesterday i haven't been able to transfer from Citi to Turkish.

Getting

"There appears to be a problem with the information you've provided. Please confirm that the information entered is correct and try again."

Even though everything was fine until now, i used the saved Turkish FFN in the past.

Anyone else having this issue? Citi claims that there are no issues with the account, and the issue is on Turkish side

Yes. They also tried.
There is nothing wrong with my Turkish account, I just booked a ticket with my account.

My experience it’s very unpredictable. I did like 6 transfers and it was all different

When did you do the six transfers? Has anyone done any transfers to Turkish from Citi in the past 24 hours?

I'm still not able to transfer.

If i open another account, and transfer, would turkish merge the account?

Any other suggestions?

Am i the only one here with this issue?

it was a half year ago but I remember that it was a pain in the neck. Most went smoothly (12-36hr) but one was a week or so

I opened a case with citi, citi responded that i reach out to Turkish. Turkish says its citi's problem. No one else having this issue? @platinumguy hasn't tried anything yet

I opened the case. I also added TK before the number, up until now my number was saved without the TK before the number.

I don't know what actually cleared it up. But I did hear feedback from others that used to never put TK before the number, and had the issue, they added TK before the number, and since started working.

Been trying to transfer for 3 days now. Same error. Turkish says not to enter the TK but the citi site then says info is missing and won’t let me proceed. When I do enter it with TK I get a site error. Anyone experience this recently?

Update: I’ve tried multiple times for 3 days straight and finally it worked. Try using Microsoft Edge. Don’t think it played a roll but it happen to work when I did.
