Sending a fillable PDF
« on: March 27, 2019, 12:08:14 AM »
I have tried many times to email a fillable PDF, once all the info was added and I keep getting an error message (see attachment). I would greatly appreciate if someone can shed some light. I searched the forums and did not see this discussed. Thank you!

Try converting it to another PDF with a site called cloudconvert.com and then try sending it.

What email provider are you using?

I sent with Gmail and Outlook, had the issue with both. I tried converting with cloudconvert.com but still had the issue. Can it be that I need more then just a PDF viewer?

When I try printing it says there is no printer setup.

What are you using to fill/print? Chrome?

I called Adobe today and I was told it will appear that way when viewing it on a browser but if it's downloaded on to a computer that has an adobe reader it should viewable.  Thank you all for your help!
