Likely front desk rep says ok let me cancel that for you... she cancels card, now what?
Also, a manager at card member services is reveiwing the case, I am just not sure what to push for at this point....

@Dan it will make you feel good but canceling the card at the front desk is not going to do anything - almost everything can be taken care of retroactively and the best thing for OP to do is keep escalating and if that takes emailing 9 execs and then overnighting for $15 a fedex complaint to the CEO (there are tried and proven ways for complaining without having to have media coverage) then so be it but he will likely get something better the $50 and definitely, in this case, the same thing he would have gotten if a video went viral of a simple encounter of someone being told a food policy and being kicked out and just treated a bit unprofessional.
I don't think OP did anything wrong...also regarding making a video, sometimes videos can bite you as it may despite ones best behavior may you look like the villian.
The main issue here is the unprofessionalism of the staff...a policy is a policy but to walk away from someone and refuse to give a name or prove the said policy is ridiculous.
