Has anyone encountered difficulty when trying to redeem CSR travel points by booking tickets directly through their site?
I have spent countless hours first via computer, then reaching out to their agents, supervisors, etc. trying to book 8 tickets and only at the very end of the process get an error message "sorry".... In effect saying that although I pay the $450 annual fee, in actuality, I cannot benefit from the higher point exchange by booking through them. Thoughts?
