How I pull my brim up and down? Do you keep your tie pre-made?

Pull hat from side all the way around.
Start from the middle.
Put tie away fully made.
Untie my tie,or my tie will be full of wrinkles.

Next question I had with my siblings over Yom tov, is which way do you face your cufflinks?
A set of silver/gold cufflinks with your name on it?
A watch cufflink?
A coin?

 Meaning do you face your name towards yourself or towards everyone else?
