After the hotel 10% promo fiasco my trust in Chase is below zero.
They call them chase because you have to chase them to get your points.

Who are they targeting with this?
They are targeting all the people that are still waiting on their 10% cash back from previous promo. Also its 20$ for $2k spend not 10% so you are not missing much.
