If you do not get in a few days just call them, done a lot of these and always got the GCs.

Went in today. They asked me if I had any interest in purchasing it. When I said "no" they told me it was fine if i didn't actually test drive it, and they would process the GC tomorrow. Hope they aren't bluffing

No, happens a lot, this just saves them from wasting time, you should get the GC.

what does it mean the agent will validate your offer code? how do you schedule a test drive or its just walk ins?

You print out the paper and give it to the agent after you test drive. They put it into the system on their end.
Sometimes if you just tell them you aren't gonna buy it, they don't make you test drive it, and they simply process the form.

I did the Chrysler last week at Pine Belt in Lakewood. Tried doing the Subaru at the Pine Belt Subaru and they said only one time per dealer, even for different car makes.
(The actual dealerships are a two minute drive from each other, not together.)

As a side, when I bought my Subaru a few years ago, Pine Belt was my first stop. Terrible service, full of lies, etc. (basically a typical car dealer). I ended up walking out and driving over to Lester Glenn. Was a real mechaya. Gave me the exact price they quoted me online. I most probably will be a regular customer by them for years to come (even though I live on Long Island).

 Brought my car just last week to pine belt Chevy for an minor issue and while in the shop I get a call that I need $4800 worth of repairs. Joke of the century.
