you think it's an issue to defrost both meat and fish on the same board, assuming it's washed in between?

Does it absorb? If not then I would think there is no issue of just washing in between.

it works on fish too, and does not absorb, having sperate one for fish is an advantage if you dont  clean it well, otherwise  you can use same
