So let me get this straight, you are looking to find someone to rely on to use it without doing anything even though those who know the metzius are saying that some level of kashering is needed since we do not know the source of the oil used, but once kashering is needed you don't care whether you do a simple haagalah or need to do a libun gamur and then preseason it after?

Honestly to me it sounds very likely that the oil is kosher. If that's halachikly good then perfect. If not, it's a equal tircha for me to do any kind of kashering, in that case il probably just look for good enameled cast iron.
