it can work both ways ... A HLE may over look the coupons a few times before accepting it since they don't make any money ... And they will prob not honor different cdps

i have had it both ways , depending if u have the vouchers at the time if retnal or the return ...
But it's not guaranteed

I am looking to make a 5 day rental from lga to lga starting June 23. Can I just buy 5 certificates and use them? That would be a pretty good deal for less than $200 out the door. Would it work? Does anyone have the goods to sell?

i have never seen these before but it sounds like it is connected to a certain orginazation. Is there any ethical issue In using them?
What can you do for insurance since you are not putting it on the cc, either buy from hertz or rely on your personal car insurance? Any other options?

first of all u are using a credit card ... There is an authorization for the amount of the rental and it is reduced at time if return ... When u provide them with the vouchers

Ethics questions do not belong in this thread. Regarding insurance those are your best 2 options, unless you purchase a yearly car rental insurance policy discussed elsewhere on DDF.

Do you mean you make a regular reservation give them the cc and then when it is time to pay you take out the voucher instead.
I imagine that means that if an accident happens you don't use the voucher and keep it on the cc?

the vouchers has a unique discount number on it , which is in your reservation and its applied upon return

c'mon. I know there is a separate thread for that and I don't mean to cause trouble I just want to know if there is even a question at all or if its squeaky clean and there is nothing to be concerned about.
