when using vouchers do you have to book using cdp associated with the voucher or any cdp works as well?

Must be used with CDP# printed on voucher (Which usually doesn't waive underage fee), But YMMV.

YMMV but what I did was rent using it, and when I returned they changed the cdp so I got charged underage fee. But hertz refunded it...

depends if the rep chaps that you rented with a voucher.... in which you can get screwed for the whole rental, CMIIW
