I rented a car a while bak from hertz. when i returned i didnt have my coupon. they said i can send it in. They claim (almost 3 mmonths later) they still never received it

any advice? i am on the DNR list right now with 5500 points in my account.

If you're on the DNR I'd say you have nothing to lose by disputing CC.

I'd try getting in touch with someone higher up and explaining the situation.
Eventually you may just have to fork over the difference if they would even allow that.

I cant get thru to anyone. I tweeted them and they said email, bec theres only one person answering the all DNR issues for the whole US. I emailed and i am still waiting to hear back.

specifically for thi issue. Its either 175 for the one day rental or 65 with the free day voucher.

I have a similar case where I sent in the coupons CERTIFIED MAIL. They claim I gave in fakes.
$500+ for the rental plus whatever the coupons cost me.
The coupons are 100% legit.
I'm scared to dispute because of DNR, not really worth it to me..

ETA: I called them and said if I, indeed, sent in fakes mail them back to me.
This is what they wrote back:

Dear Sir:  The location denied your certificates because they were fraudulent documents, you claim is denied unless you can mail in the actual certificates and documentation of employment for tangible verification.  No further action will be taken on our part and we cannot assist you any further. You will NOT receive any documentation you mailed in.  They were confiscated as fraud.

I'm outraged how such a professional company can lie to my face like this.

I had a similar case where they refused to take the coupons, but they told me to mail it, I did and a week or 2 later I saw a a credit to my credit card.

If you don't have ID that you work for the CDP on the voucher, there's a much bigger chance they'll get confiscated.
In Brooklyn locations, they call that Fraud.

Yes. Unless you have/make "ID" stating you work for the CDP on the voucher, don't bother.
