I am looking for an excel sheet for RE deals.
Something that I can put in a bunch of info, that would differ with every deal.
It would tell me cap rates, irr, cash on cash, what the principal paydown has been at any point so I can calculate what I’d get in a refi etc.
how different terms of the loan would effect all the above.
Does anyone have a sheet?

There are people that do this as a business. PM if you're interested.
