Anything wrong with reclining one's seat while sitting in coach? Guilty feeling?

- Want a seat with more legroom? - pay more
- Want an exit row seat - pay more

How long is it before they charge for reclining? More importantly, do they add the charge for you to be able to recline, or add the charge to sit in seating where the person in front of you can't recline.
