Without even clicking in the links I can say that it's fake.
When you say fake what do you mean by that?
Like a counterfeit $100 bill that was made exactly alike? And can't be told apart from it's real one?
Or a fake that sucks in quality and any mumcha can tell it apart? Quality Wise?
Many iPhones out there that are fakes and noone would know the difference.
They do the same job as a real one and made all in the same place, the main concern I see here is one infringing on copy right laws.
