I have an iphone 4 with a cracked screen. its verizon and is still under warranty until Feb. I see cracked iphones going for like 2-300 on ebay so i would like around 250 may be willing to take offers if anyone is interested for a little lower.

You have to quote a price. Also why not get it fixed if its under warranty and then sell it?

If you are gonna fix yourself - I would say yes... A replacement screen cost about $60
What is broken? just a crack on the glass or the lcd itself?

I believe just the glass cause the touch screen still works

there are 3 things - the lcd, touch screen, and glass
On the iphone 4 if one goes you gotta replace the whole thing - they are all glued together

if the screen is working properly, just a crack im not sure if its worth to fix - cuz on ebay i dont think the value is soo much lower if only the glass is cracked (even though it cost the same to repair as if the lcd is broken)

True, but dont wast money buying it for $10, cuz you wont be able to separate the old screen from the broken glass

I didnt know this, I bought just the glass, then realized... then I had to buy the whole screen assembly

Read up on it online.... everyone says that your gonna have to buy the whole new display... a bunck of ebay scammers selling just the glass

looking on ebay used iphones go for 250-350 i dont think its worth it to fix the screen. but still looking for any offers

need an opinion i posted it on ebay with a starting bid of 150 and a buy it now of 320 someone offered me in a message 280 cash he said he is also in new york. is it sketchy to meet with him somewhere in the city?

Unless you plan to do the whole thing out of ebay, if he claims he never got it you'll have no recourse.
