Chase Ink Business Cash - OD GC purchases not crediting add'l 4 points

I just checked my statement from the OD purchases I made this past 2 weeks with the most recent promo on the GC's. I was not credited the 4 add'l points for purchases at office supply store.
I did have purchases on my Ink business Plus card and they credited the 4 points for the same transaction.

Check your statements.
