Have this card for 8 years and I am LUXE status for life. One of the benefit is the $15 " surprise birthday" code you get via email and mail during or just before your birthday. But I didn't get it. When asked online in chat, they say that benefit is changed to "STORE ONLY" and that I have to ask for it in store at gap , oldnavy or br stores. So weird to have to ask for it and at stores during purchase. I told them why I wasn't notified of this change. They had no answer. I checked at store and they told me they have NOTHING to do with this and they can only take off if we have something to show them for them to scan or enter in their system.
When I called the card customer service on phone, they told me this birthday benefit is removed completely.
Anyone know this?
