I have little/no experience booking flights using reward points and I was wondering if a flight in January (11-12) from NY to Hawaii is not available now with Business/First MileSAAver should I keep checking back every day to see if it becomes available or is there no chance of that happening?
Also, I'm going to be going to Hawaii with a stop in LA. I was thinking of flying direct business from NY to Hawaii and coach on the way back stopping in LA for a few days. Is that a smart way to do it or can I get better value a different way?
