Do they have a Hechsher? You probably have a problem of chametz sheavar regardless.

Same as if you bought them anywhere else in the world. They dont have a hechsher AFAIK.

The ones sold in Switzerland for one I know are kosher.

The item in your link says "wafer balls", wouldn't "wafers" be חמץ? Also, looking at the Kinder website it seems that some other products contain wheat flour and/or other grains. Not talking about the non-CY issue, where I wonder if R' Moshe would permit where there are CY products available for purchase right there.

Yes. The Kinder chocolate bars are not.
The eggs I know are kosher, the bars I don't

I answered this before. I was talking about the bars, and chocolate in general, which I believe is OP'S question. I brought in Kinder joy as a dp that some Kinder products have hashgocha.
