I applied for the NLL Ascend with Amex and got approved, but when I try to apply for the The Hilton Honors American Express Business Card, I get a dialogue box that says something like "Due to the number of cards you have open or your application history of opening and closing accounts, you would not qualify for the signup bonus. Would you still like to apply?" Of course not. Why does this occur? I am not 5/24. Any thoughts? Any recommendations?
