Certain things go without saying on DDF (and possibly better left unsaid - or at least not fully spelled out).
I recall a story of @Dan educating some ladies in CLE that the real value is in the SUBs, rather than the spend. I guess either Dan or @TimT can provide link.

If there are enough CB cards with lucrative SUBs that are flying under the radar and not subject to various restrictions, there's some great value there.
Ok then change title to Best Cash Back credit cards and Sign-up Bonuses

There's plenty of lesser known banks and unions (or at least mentioned less on DD) that offer a couple $100 cash back bonuses.
My issues is that I'm still holding on to stay below 5/24 in case there's a new Chase card released so I'm primarily focused on Biz cards

Is it worth holding off for for an imaginary Chase Card and forgo 30%-40% return on SUBs?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

for now yes. As I still have a few Biz cards I can get. Ince I exhaust all decent Biz cards I'll ask that question

4. I have over 500k UR sitting and don't currently have the opportunity to spend it on travel or vacation.

How soon are you going to find the opportunity to spend your 500k UR on vacation? Maybe cash out for $5k and invest the proceeds. If we're talking 10+ years, you need only a ~4% return to make 1cpp in cash today equivalent to 1.5cpp for future vacation.

Or sell for >1cpp if your Rabbi, Priest, or ethicist permits it.
Risk is opportunity

Or give it away to help a fellow Jew fulfill a Mitzvah. You might get to share in the extra אריכות ימים.

not gonna sit on it for nearly that long. I can easily spend it on just one family vacation. Just opportunity hasn't been there yet.

Nice SUB, but as a % of minimum spend, it's lower than all of the above. I don't know how fast one can cash this out if not using for travel. Not familiar.
AFAIK you can cash out but only at a half penny per mile which makes the SUB $350 instead of 70k. still decent but 4k spend may be too much.

Thanks @Dan for listing some CB cards in your post https://www.dansdeals.com/credit-cards/earn-2-cash-back-pay-no-foreign-transaction-fees-paypal-cashback-mastercard/

...The Citi Double Cash card gives 1% cash back on purchases on 1% cash back on payments, for an effective 2% cash back on all purchases. It has no annual fee

The Alliant Cashback Visa gives 3% cash back in your first year and then 2.5% cash back in subsequent years, but it requires that you join their credit union and it has a $99 annual fee after the first year. You’ll need to spend $19,800 on general purchases each year just to break even with a no annual fee 2% cash back card after the first year.

The PayPal Cashback Mastercard® offers 2% cash back on purchases everywhere Mastercard is accepted and it has no annual fee.1 Plus it has no foreign transaction fees, so you’ll earn the full 2% cash back no matter where you are.

None of them have a SUB ::) ::) ::)
