Curios what others use to help with the seasons allergy.
Very common allergy when the spring is around with all the trees and grass growing. The pollen is real bad for some.

What do you guys use which you find works the best?

Been using zrytex from quite some time but it's not best, makes you drowsy and doesn't seem to last that long or because I'm taking it at night that way it doesn't make me drowsy, or am I supposed to be taking it in the morning?
Or is there another allergy med that works well?

Yes some use a nose spray and eye drops..

Tissues.
I've must have gone through a few cases by now! ;)
Not a fix but definitely a big help.
I can't go anywhere without a pocket full of tissues.

Interestingly, I had a few years of bad seasonal allergies, starting about a decade ago, but as of the last 2 or 3 years I seem to BH no longer suffer. Was taking Loratadine.

One of my sons OTOH has it really bad, 10 year old taking adult dosage of Claritin/Loratadine, sometimes double dose. When really bad uses mask.

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I've been through em all, I find Zyrtex to be the best all around. Although I have winter allergies so I'm pretty much free now :)

I know multiple people who have successfully treated it with acupuncture.
They're had to redo it every year, and it's not always as consistent, but I've seen it work.
Personally it didn't work for me though, so YMMV.
Definitely worth a try though.

For drugs, Zyrtec generic is the best I've used.

even if the acupuncture doesn't work for your allergies, its supposedly very good for your muscles and bloodstream, it stimulates something's inside.

I'm not sure about that.
I only claim that it works for the things I actually saw. All these other unprovable "benefits" are meaningless at best.

Even if it does stimulate all different things inside the body there would be no way for me to know.
There was this Chinese man that used to come to a relative of mines home every week or so to do acupuncture on the head and all different places on the body, i was offered for a free trial but after seeing the 3-4 inch long needles I backed out. -(Thanks but no thanks.)
Supposedly works for constipation and all different other issues.
Now being a few years later would actually try it.

a family member of mine had it really bad where he needed to go for shots every few weeks during the allergy season for a couple of years.
After a couple years it got better bh.

Mold and dust.
Can't that be in the summer as well?
Truth being told noone should be breathing in mold nor dust.
