I purchased a backpack from Amazon, right when i got it i can tell that it was a return i didn't really care so much since it was in literately brand new, while packing my stuff in i found the previous owners passport
! its not expired yet, what should i do with it?
If you don't want to spend money mailing it, I once heard that you can just drop it in a USPS box or better yet bring it to a post office, but I can't confirm that either of those will get it back to the owner. But according to the
