Why does the FR process have to be so abusive to non abusive customers. Legit customers with legit spend can lose their entire CL for 2 months (+/-) over a credit risk. Why not just slash CL until after investigation?

+1 and why do the reps have to be the nastiest people that work at amex? It's ridiculous how they treat you while under FR.

Not to mention if any of your annual benefits expire while under FR, you can't get comp. Still not sure why they can't just cut your credit by x% until you're cleared or shutdown. They have lost genuine customers because if this.

There is no alternative tax payment agency. This is the aspect that the free market is supposed to do better.

If they could improve the competitiveness of the Biz plat vs CSR. CSR has $300 TC, automatically applied to all travel, BP is only $200, only for fees, only for selected US airline selectable once a year (officially). CSR value when redeeming points is 1.5 flat out on any travel, any airline, hotel, or car rental. BP value is 1.55 but you have to have enough points in the account for the full amount and wait 6 weeks for the 35% back. Plus, it's only for selected US airline (in economy). CSR earns 3*UR on all travel and dining, BP is 1*except for travel booked through Amex Travel, and 1.5 on spend over $5,000 (in single transaction).

Did I miss anything?

Bring back earning 3*MT points on SPG cards.

Can they bring the point rebate to reg plat and gold?
Allow uber credits (and other monthly benefits) to roll over to next month.

If they can go back to the option of signing up for Amex offers via a link. (Used to have it for SBS back in the day). It makes it a lot easier to add offers you want, and honestly now that they don’t allow more than one offer per card holder/AU, it won’t be abused. No reason to have to run through all your cards multiple times and hope to be targeted. I think that this is something easily implemented and benefits both Amex and the consumer.
