Why can't we have Amex offers on more than one card per person? at least on cards that have an AF.

Why don't they have united as an airline transfer?
Same reason Chase doesn’t have DL.

OK, so aside from FRs, anything else?
Honestly from a business perspective, that deserves the first 5-10 spots.

There is no alternative tax payment agency. This is the aspect that the free market is supposed to do better.
I was reffering to amex not giving me a second chance to send in my tax returns, my returns have long been fixed with the IRS.

Probably not in their book. Right or wrong, they are doing FR’s on people they essentially don’t trust with (that much) credit.

Huge businesses with hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue, we are talking the Centurion cardholder that amex wants are getting FRed annually. Tying up ones business credit for two weeks out of 52 is insane.
In no way is the process good for them, the business they lose from companies leaving because of this is likely far more than what they save from the small broke guys

Probably because of united contract with chase.

If they could improve the competitiveness of the Biz plat vs CSR. CSR has $300 TC, automatically applied to all travel, BP is only $200, only for fees, only for selected US airline selectable once a year (officially). CSR value when redeeming points is 1.5 flat out on any travel, any airline, hotel, or car rental. BP value is 1.55 but you have to have enough points in the account for the full amount and wait 6 weeks for the 35% back. Plus, it's only for selected US airline (in economy). CSR earns 3*UR on all travel and dining, BP is 1*except for travel booked through Amex Travel, and 1.5 on spend over $5,000 (in single transaction).

Did I miss anything?

Bring back earning 3*MT points on SPG cards.

I think it's crazy too, but think Amex knows well enough what is a good process for them and what isn't...

True, but why not just slash their credit to an amount they deem safe until the FR is complete?

Lol. Besides a few years back you were able to churn Amex easily, until they realised it's not better for business.  Not necessarily do they know all, they live and learn too.

Why do they not allow bonus points on international transactions in bonus categories like their main competitors Chase and Citi do? The same goes for Amex Offers (certain Chase Offers also trigger with international charges, unlike nearly every Amex Offer which are domestic only).

Gold card AF being $250 now with some random perks, like the $120 for grubhub seemless, why limit it to that app? Why not allow for any restaurant? After calculating the tip, tax and delivery fee/tip the $10 is gone.
And then left with a $100 airline credit, which again is tied to certain T&C, should be something similar to chase where you have more flexibility to use, anything or more then one simple category(incidentals).

So $250 for a card that come with? Oh 4x on groceries. Big yippi, I'll use the chase freedom for 5x on 1500$ each few months..

Definitely a card they should be revamped and have added more perks to it, quite expensive for a card with no real value.
Where's the lounges? Where's the GE credit? Or Nexus credit which I think some US cards should cover.
And lastly some random perks like offer for 10 rentals primary insurance without the need to pay $19 ahead of time...

Let's see if anything gets touched upon.
