[Deal Request] heavy duty freestanding shelves
« on: May 17, 2019, 10:11:51 AM »
Looking for freestanding shelves that can easily carry a minimum of 250 pounds per shelf. (I saw the ones just posted I don't think they're sturdy enough for me) And must be at least 18" wide. The taller the better.

I actually think building a wood one is the cheapest option but I'm kind of lazy.

Aren't we all... Paying an hourly guy to build one may be cheaper or cheap enough...
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Total cost for wood for one unit of shelves is ~$35. Handyman most probably won't charge less than $50/hour
Building it most probably would take an 1 - 1 1/2 hours for an experienced person. That's $85+ right there. Shelves in the store are ~$100

I went the diy way I'm halfway done but man alive it's harder than what I imagined.
