M&M 75K offer missing 25K points

I applied for the 75,000 miles offer, completed 20K spend in September. Barclays sent out the correct amount of points but exactly 25000 points are missing in total.

I'm not the only one with this exact same issue, I know someone else that is having the same issue. Missing 25,000 of the bonus points.

I opened up a case with Barclays early October, after the next statement closed, and the miles have yet to post.

Barclays told me that case should take 7 to 10 days, after 7 to 10 days I was told 30 days, now it's been over 40 days and the case is still open and nothing doing.

Has anyone had the 25000 points post automatically? If not has anyone been successful in getting this resolved?

Is this happening to everyone?

The way I read it is as follows.
 if i complete 20,000 of spend within 365 days I'll be rewarded the 25,000 points.

Dosen't mention that I'll be rewarded with in 365 days if I finished the spend right away. Besides, that's not what Barclays or miles and more are saying. They don't know the reason why it didn't post.

In the past they've had such issues, and corrected it for everyone automatically a few months late.
