I know someone who recently booked a OE flight on Aeroflot from the US to TLV and before they even managed to ticket it, he called to cancel, and they wanted $250
It was less than 24hrs before departure, but with Priceline/Expedia that wouldn't be an issue. The entire cost of the ticket was under $400
For the record, after cancellation period ends, Su Y fares are non-refundable and changes are just $40
So $250 in their pocket? Regular fly-by-night OTA. No issues booking, but if you need to change/cancel....
