On the other hand, I got shut down, still have Ink though. Applied for cash to get the large welcome bonus, got approved. Charged it enough to get the bonus and interestingly enough once bonus posted, they shut that down. Weird, but I was happy to bump up my point balance...

Just to clarify - they shut down my cash (after points posted) but still let me keep the unlimited. Gonna try for preferred in a bit.

I called chase up and they said I need to go into a branch and fill out a form (forgot what its called) that verifies my socail security number

Did anybody else have to do this? And why all of a sudden do they have an issue with my socail

And about a year ago I had to do the same thing with chase to keep my credit card open

Probably a W9. It is regquired by law. Not sure why suddenly now.

chase shut down all personal accounts of family member (not same household)- his business card is still open. is there any risk in having his miles transferred to my account?

logged on to chase, it says i can only make payments everything else seems to be frozen, anyone else having this issue? should i be worried about a shut down?

This. As stupid as it is, they update their system for a couple hours every sat night. Really annoying if you actually need to get something done.

Happened just last week. They gave no reason when I called them up and I had a lot of activity on all of them. My questions is if anyone have had any luck getting reopened their cards?
