I'm open to listen. Why is arbitration the better option? Have you done any research or just being pro chase again.

I have read some cases where arbitration wasn't favorable to the consumer and know of cases where courts were favorable. Now, the story definitely makes a difference but there is a reason lawyers dont want to go to arbitration!!!

Uh, opting out doesn't prevent you from going to arbitration.
