Your wife should be included in this ? Can't you appeal ?

Sorry you are going through this. I don't have much advice but you should probably transfer those points to a partner ASAP. You never know if she'll be next. Whatever triggered this can also trigger it for her as well.

never paid from anyone else's account, had paid cash in atm but not recently and not so much, never prepaid if i needed i transfered credit line from a dif card

Interesting. I actually haven't requested cli in years from Chase for personal cards, definitely not going to though I just noticed chase put options there .

Have no need for higher credit lines anyways

Very dificult, Even after 5 years not able to open, They do not give you a reason an they do not let the bank manager intervene

i tried calling executive they got back to me said it was final however i applied for a new ink and got approved on the spot
