Chase arbitration
« on: June 02, 2019, 03:26:37 PM »
I am assuming that I am not the only one flooded with emails from chase about changes to my account. I actually read it and it says if you do nothing you will automatically agree to arbitration if you have a dispute AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION. Does anyone have an opinion in this matter? There is an option of opting out by 8/9. Will it blacklist you by chase..?

There are mixed reports, but it is possible chase will shut you down if you do not agree to their arbitration situation.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

New Arbitration law includes business cards as well? Any reason NOT to opt out? You think they will close down account?
