Laptop Online Store Return Full Refund

I have 2 questions for a laptop I want to buy as a gift. Besides Costco, which online stores allow to return for a full refund and free return shipping

1. An unopened laptop?

2. A opened laptop?

I don't think anyone will give free return shipping under normal circumstances, the only thing I can think of is newegg with shoprunner but be sure the item you find is: a) eligible for shoprunner b) eligible for returns
