The costco cash cards are like buying anything from costco and wouldn't post as a cash advance or anything out of the ordinary.
Or walk into costco and buy one.
People are always looking for costco cash cards to buy as you need to be a member to shop in costco, hence with a costco cash card, that's a free entrance into the store and being able to shop. Many people will be willing to pay the full $100 as your doing them a favor they otherwise wouldn't of been able to buy themselves.

This may explain the issue here. Perhaps you were targeted in Chase’s system but you didn’t get the email because you’re not subscribed to the email promotions. Yet because you were targeted and did the spending you got the credit.

Previously on this thread, there was a bit of discussion surrounding weather Costco membership is worth it. I mainly want to go to Costco to get tissues for cheap. Where do DDFers get their tissues? Target doesn’t have any deals anymore

What's the prices your used to seeing for a case of 10 of 230 boxes of kleenex tissues?

I actually used to buy from Target the smaller cases of 6 or 4 boxes of 144 tissues per box. It was on sale usually with some sort of gift card offer so it wasn’t bad. It was like like6-9 cents a tissue. But I haven’t seen those recently. I think Costco has 2300 for $15 which is better.

I don’t really understand your Q anyway. I just wanna know the place to get them for the best price?
