Booked this morning on Expedia TLV-FRA-EWR-IAD-TLV ticketed by UA. Got PNR and ticket number. A few hours later, I got an email from Expedia that UA canceled most of my ticket. Now the PNR only has FRA-EWR on it.
Expedia claims their system is down now and I should try calling in a few hours. Who’s responsible for this? Expedia or United? Should I file a DOT?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
