I have some pictures remember those things that have scratches in them. where can I get them repaired?

First time I ever heard such a question.

I don't think there's a business for that on physical pictures. I guess you have to find an artistic person to do it.

Or maybe make a high quality scan of it and hire someone on Fiverr, then reprint.

There definitely are photo restoration services for old picture prints.

Even Walgreens and places like that offer such services. Try a local camera store.  Costco I believe also has such services.

You can do it in Adobe illustration or with a similar application but for that, you need to learn their options which might take more time if you want to do it by yourself.

You mean Illustrator but you REALLY mean Photoshop.

You can also try GIMP, a free alternative to Photoshop. People seem to like it.
