reliable travel agent to Europe and Israel

Hi, I would like to book flights from NY to Israel in July using only my AA miles.  I want to stop off in Europe first for a few days and go to Romania and Poland.  All the agents I have spoken to seem to be having a difficult time.  Please help
P.S. I need a guide and driver that speaks Romanian to take me to the kevarim.

they prob arent make anthing off you using your mile that is prob why they arent being so helpful
