At least they are giving you the chance to get it, even after your order was canceled.... most other sites arent offering this

You sound like a total idiot. They were able to get more touchpads and offered them exclusively to customers that had previously ordered but got canceled due to out of stock.
Now their phone lines are jammed because of this. They actually have good cs on a regular daily basis. IV dealt with them in the past.

The Your item was shipped email is probably sent as soon as a label is printed. Ups doesn't always have tracking info available until they actually pick up the package

when I checked the afternoon it gave me the tracking info on ups and its in memphis now so I guess u r right

Over half hour wait time last night. Even for busy day thats pretty pathetic!

I think a must have app is a remote desktop app.... (thats if you plan on doin some work on ur touchpad)
