How to Stream/listen to music without wifi or data in flight?

I have the Pandora Plus that I got free from tmobile sometime ago.

 I don't download  music on my IPhonee and I don't have downloaded songs on my Iphone XS.

I like to listen to music on my Iphone on long flight but there is no data or wifi.

Which apps or free music service allows free listening, searching without data or wifi?

Pandora Plus has an option for offline mode, where it downloads your top few most played stations.

Amazon music works great but then again you have to down the songs you want for offline mode.
