My 2 cents:
With other deals and coupon stacking it's like Dan says quoted by zale:
..Please see Dan's post on the topic of price mistakes:

Specifically:
4. An online price mistake isn’t at all comparable to walking into a store and walking out with a mispriced item. Everything bought online is fully verified before it ships out. Especially in the case of a mistake that’s published on any large website when there’s an unusual volume of orders. With an online glitch the higher-ups in the company will have complete control over the situation. With an in-store glitch that is not the case. ...
But here it seems like the powers that be still don't know what is going on right under their noses and these orders are
NOT being verified before they ship (and woe to target if they are)
So, it's as if you went into the store, waited in line to checkout and when the cashier scanned the item it came up as $0 which under normal circumstances would be fine but in this case it required an extra step: you manipulated the system and forced it to show $0 and did multiple times for multiple items.
I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just saying this doesn't fall under the normal "deals" category
