Booking from TLV to Europe

Is there a thread for discussing Europe travel from Israel?

Also, can you please help me with booking a ticket?

What is the cheapest way to travel from Israel to Brusell's in 2 weeks?
$180 ticket cash, or miles? Should I go through Avianca, United miles, AA or Flying Blue or Chase?
Which is the cheapest option for airline program mileage? Thank you very much for your help!

Thank you very much! If you could also help me, that would be wonderful. I am trying to book this for my friend's chasuna and get back in time for my chavrusa's Chasuna on thursday in Yerushalayim. I am a yungerman learning and would really appreciate the help. Tizku L'mitzvos for whoever can help with this.

do u require check in bags? u can save money if u dont...
