Just btw, and you'd have to be old enough to remember, it had been "split" before for a long time and the one-way was "new" at some point. Depending on where a person was going in the city they'd take a certain way in b/c it was faster and then another way out b/c the toll was lower...just had more kevannah back then, lol.
