I have Saphire, SouthWest card, Ink Bold, and Amex Gold Biz card. Also have Amex SPG and Continental card but I'm not the primary.

What gives me the most coverage for car rental? Thanks

Will return protection work for a used stroller?

If I want to buy a stroller but I am not sure which one I want can I just buy it on my sp card and return it if I don't like it?

(and Dan, am I correct in assuming that this is how you ended up with a free stroller?)

Why wouldn't it?

Because no store will ever take back a used stroller. It's like trying to return used sneakers. I was just wondering if return protection would work.

That's almost exactly what RP is used for. Used it a few times like that.

I'd imagine the answer to that is yes.

Not necessarily. The premium benefits on the Preferred come at the expense of the annual fee, not better credit.
They both require a minimum 5k CL and as long as the APR rates are the same then getting approved will probably be the same

I know a few people with little to no credit history who qualified for SP.
If you don't care why would you comment?

Well, apparently, my imagination has (possibly) led me astray.

Only if issued by AMEX.

Checked Baggage:

American Express Delta Gold Consumer Card (Free for one year, then $95/year): 1 free bag for cardholder and up to 9 traveling companions.

American Express Delta Gold Business Card (Free for one year, then $95/year): 1 free bag for cardholder and up to 8 traveling companions.

Chase Continental OnePass Plus Mastercard (Free for one year, then $95/year)
: 1 free bag for cardholder and 1 traveling companion.

Chase United Mileage Plus Explorer Visa (Free for one year, then $95/year): 1 free bag for cardholder and 1 traveling companion.

Does it pay to open up a cc just to have baggage fees waived? I'm travelling for Pesach and don't want to pay baggage fees. Let me know what you think and how do you make sure you don't pay the fees. I will have at least two checked bags both ways and I'm travelling on AA to Canada using mileage. Thanks!

if you know anybody else with the card you want have them add you as an au, that should be enough to get the fees waived

Well you'll also get 30K miles on top of waived baggage fees and priority boarding, and a $99 companion cert, so I would say it does pay.
