How is that better than the 6% the BCP offers?
New math.  :)

I didn't notice that card on the list, 6% obviously trumps anything in my post.

Amex Blue Cash Preferred

But to be fair the freedom might be better for purchases up to $4 :P

I understand that a gift card purchase in Shoprite is 6% back on the BCP Amex card. What about via Shoprite website which forwards you to giftcardmall.com?
http://www.shoprite.com/cnt/Giftcards.html
Is this billed to your credit card as a grocery purchase= 6% back??

Anyone have a time estimate as to long it takes for the 10% AA rebate to post to an account after flying? Does anything special have to be done?
Also, flying El Al metal having booked w/ AA and an open AA card, any special benefits?

Booked a ticket on 5/11 and received the 10% back automatically even though the flights have not been flown yet.  It posted a couple of weeks later but is backdated to 5/11.

Thanks! Did you have to put any charges on the card?

My hard copy says for gold/platinum.  Yours says the same?
I've got the same one, its for the non platinum level card... less then 5k cl i believe...
Update; I got the mileage plus replacement cards in the mail today and the T&c state that the cc has primary CDW.

I wonder if there's a new cutoff CL minimum in order to receive this benefit,  or if every mileage plus card has it no matter what the CL is. . . ?

I have a $10,000 purchase I have to make tomorrow. Unfortunately I can't put it on an Amex. Is Sapphire Preferred the way to go?

Does your Ink or Freedom have exclusives?
Can you hit $25K on the MPE this calendar year?

I doubt I would hit $25k on the MPE.
My Ink is the new one so no
and my freedom is hooked up to my Chase bank account - if that what is considered exclusives also. I didn't realize it was called that.

It seems that Chase started to add purchase protection for lost items as well. What else does "theft, damage or involuntary and accidental parting with property" mean?

"Left your new cell phone in the taxi" is the example mentioned in the United Club card brochure concerning price protection.

Very interesting. Is that language only on the UA Club Card?
