OK, is there anyway to determine, mathematically, and without guesses, the exact breakeven point between the BCP and a generic 2% CB card?

well the difference between them is 4% so $75 / .04 = $1875

Sure, it's $1,875 assuming you are comparing to a 2% card.

Yes, I know its $1875 (got it through just playing around with the numbers). What I want to know is if there is a formula: X+Y*Z (or whatever) = $1875?

EDIT:

well the difference between them is 4% so $75 / .04 = $1875

Perfect, thanks.

Next time you're in place with Chase just open an account there.

I plan on it.
Shame I can't do this on a sunday.
Too bad the nearest branch is 83.41 miles away.

Also, do business checking accounts link to Ink classic?

Yes, the magic question is whether personal checking accounts do. According to this Chase.com page (HT:Dan), it seems they do, but over the phone they told me they don't, YMMV.

Dan, the ink bold also has primary CDW but only covers if vehicle was being rented for business purposes.

If I rent for non-business purposes, will the ink bold cover as a secondary provider or will it not cover at all??

I don't think you'll find them online, but I have the hard copy in front of me.  They can mail it to you.

My hard copy says for gold/platinum.  Yours says the same?
