Call recording that works with VOIP calls

Hi! Can anyone please recommend an Android app (hopefully free!) that works well for recording VOIP calls (i.e., Google Voice)?   I currently have Boldbeast Recorder and it works well, but only for actual cellular calls.  It does not support Google Voice calls.
Any recommendations for something similar that does support GV?  Need to be able to record both sides of calls made via GV.
Should be compatible with Samsung Note 8 / 9.

Google voice has a built in call recorder that can be enabled in settings. Although it announces that it's recording for privacy laws.

First, turn Voice calling options:

On your Android device, open the Voice app [https://lh3].

At the top left, tap Menu [https://lh5] [https://lh3] Settings.

Under Calls, turn on Incoming call options.

Dial 4 during call to record. Seems to only work on incoming calls.

Yes but this is quite technical!

It involves 1) setting up a freePBX server (Can be in the cloud for $5 a month) 2) Having a physical OBI connected to the internet 3) Provisioning the FreePBX to route through the Google Voice account set up on the OBI 4) Set up any softphone app (or hardphone) with the a FreePBX extension 5) set call recording to on on the FreePBX

Google Voice is a horse of a different color when comparing to standard VoIP service.

Let me clarify a bit - I use GV via the Hangouts app on my cell phone.  I am looking for the ability to record calls that I initiate via the Call function of Hangouts, not just incoming calls.

There are a number of apps in the play store that have Callrecorder as part of their name.  Can you please be more specific, or include a link?  And are you sure this will allow me to record calls initiated via the Hangouts app?  Thanks.

You can use a virtual phone number to make and receive calls. You can either make these calls on your cell phone or through an app, and just ask for call recording as a feature. You will have an audio recording sent to your email so you can listen to it later.
